About this event
Zero Suicide groups meet weekly via Zoom. In these groups, we discuss why some of us experience suicidal and other distressing thoughts, skills to manage them and reduce emotional intensity over time, how to build a meaningful safety plan, and ways to build a live worth living. We discuss glimmers (small moments of joy that bring peace and comfort) and examine our values. All are welcome and appreciated in Zero Suicide group.
