Public members may address the Board during Privilege of the Floor but are limited to no more than three (3) minutes and focused on the current agenda topics below. If a member of the public wishes for more than three (3) minutes or to discuss a topic other than what appears below, they should request to be added to the next agenda. RSA 91-A:3, II (c & e) Monthly Financial Report Board Topics & Committee Updates Action Scope of Work – EOP Highway Department Work Schedule Durgin Building Generator Bid Consent Agenda April 20, 2026 – Regular Public Meeting Minutes April 20, 2026 – Non-Public Meeting Minutes Privilege of the Floor Adjournment Campton Board of Selectmen Privilege of the Floor Policy & Guidelines To provide open communication with the public and to ensure that necessary time is available for Board business, the following procedures will be followed: All public input will occur at the agenda item of Privilege of the Floor. The Board will allow this time to receive information from the public. All public comments should relate to the agenda items only. The Board will devote up to 30 cumulative minutes (2 15-minute sessions) for public comment during Privilege of the Floor. Members of the public are allowed viewing access via zoom of Board of Selectmen meetings. However, in order to speak under Privilege of the Floor, people must attend the meeting in-person. Make your comments brief so that everyone has an opportunity to speak. Please state your name and residence. Residents will be given priority and allowed to speak first. Non-residents will be allowed to talk after all residents have been heard. If time remains, each speaker may speak again as determined by the Chair. Board members will not respond to comments or questions during Privilege of the Floor. The Board may take comments under advisement and consider these during deliberation. The Board may or may not act on public comments. Everyone has their point of view. Please be respectful of each other. Please no clapping and snickering. Please address all remarks to the Chair. The Board Chair may adjust this policy as necessary at any time.
