Execution of William Reaves in Starke, Florida

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has signed the death warrant for William Reaves, who was convicted in the 1986 killing of an Indian River County Sheriff’s deputy. Reaves is scheduled to be executed by lethal injection at Florida State Prison on October 20th. This marks the 18th death warrant signed by DeSantis this year.
