SBA Disaster Loan Assistance Available for Businesses Impacted by Garden Grove Hazmat Incident The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering disaster loan assistance to eligible businesses impacted by the Garden Grove hazmat incident. Santa Ana businesses that experienced economic impacts related to the incident may be eligible to apply. SBA will host two free information sessions in Santa Ana to provide additional guidance and answer questions: August 26, 2026 | 11 a.m.-1 p.m.City Council Chambers, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana CA 92701 September 2, 2026 | 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (RSVP Here)Salgado Recreation Center, 706 N. Newhope St., Santa Ana CA 92704 Sessions will be presented in English, with Spanish and Vietnamese interpretation available.
