About this event

Healing in Motion will be a structured, evidence-informed exercise and wellness program designed specifically for recent cancer survivors. The program incorporates a variety of safe and adaptive exercises led by a qualified exercise oncology specialist, with the goal of supporting physical recovery and overall quality of life.
