Mayor's Multicultural Club Rhythm & Rumba Salsa Nights

The Mayor's Multicultural Council and Mill River Park Collaborative are pleased to announce the new and expanded Rhythm & Rumba Salsa Nights: two free family events celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month to be held on Friday, September 12th and Friday, September 19th from 6 to 9 PM at Mill River Park located at 1040 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT (at the Cohen Display Fountain). These free outdoor events invite the community to experience Latin-inspired rhythms on an open-air dance floor, offering plenty of room to try new dance moves or simply enjoy the vibes and performances. All are welcome! Bring your friends. No experience or partners necessary. Free parking at UConn Parking lot (1194 Washington Blvd., Stamford). Please bring blankets, chairs, and refreshments if you choose. Food and drinks are available for purchase. The Mayor's Multicultural Council's mission is to inform, celebrate, promote, understand, appreciate, and respect the many diverse cultures that enrich the City of Stamford.
