Queer Adult Self-Defense Class

Join Lancaster County Chooses Love for an evening focused on practical self-defense skills, confidence, and conversations around personal safety. Participants will spend the first 60 minutes on their feet learning and practicing self-defense techniques, followed by a 30-minute roundtable discussion where we can talk openly about personal safety, share experiences, and ask questions in a supportive queer-centered space. No previous self-defense experience is necessary.
