This year's Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Congress in Atlanta, GA, focuses on Building the Future Together: Lean at the Crossroads, highlighting an important moment for the design and construction industry. As Lean continues to evolve, collaboration, integration, and shared learning will shape the future of how projects are delivered. On Thursday, October 15 at 1:15pm, Glenn Peer, Barton Malow Project Director, Alonso De Avila, General Motors, and John Raad, Ruby+Associates, will be presenting Lean Isn't Lean If It's Disconnected. This session will explore how misalignment between owners, contractors, designers, and trade partners limits the impact of Lean tools, and how aligning stakeholders around shared workflows and data can unlock Lean's full potential.
