We're back into the swing of things with one of St. John's favorite fellowship events! Join us at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays for a delicious (free) dinner! At 7:00pm from Sept. 16-Oct.14 we will hear from Rev. Miriam Diephouse McMillan, author of the book Sacred Balance: How Ancient Practices Can Restore Modern Minds.She will highlight the deep spiritual roots of each practice and the current mental health research that supports their value.
