SWWAG Workshop: Where Next Season Begins: Soil, Orchard & Land Care

Please note: this workshop takes place at One Art Community Center (1431-39 N. 52nd St. Philadelphia, PA 19131). Join us as we learn how to care for the land through its season of rest. Together we'll explore end-of-season soil restoration, compost building, cover cropping, orchard and perennial care, leaf mulching, crop clean-up, and preparing gardens for winter. We'll also discuss how to observe your land, identify areas that need restoration, and create the conditions for healthy soil, thriving trees, and abundant harvests in the seasons ahead.
