About this event
Join us for the Veteran Business Council (VBC) Roundtable, held on the first Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce. This monthly meeting brings together veteran-owned businesses and community partners to share updates on scholarships, sponsorships and initiatives that support business growth and veteran engagement. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with fellow veteran entrepreneurs and leaders, exchange ideas and collaborate on projects that strengthen Arlington's veteran business community. Whether you're a longtime member or new to the Chamber, VBC Roundtable is your place to connect, stay informed and help advance the success of veteran-owned businesses in our region. Speaker: Lee Scott | Family Service Counselor & Chaplain, Wade Funeral Home Bio: As chaplains, we walk with people and their loved ones through the valley of the shadow of death, guiding them to the very shore of the Jordan River. While that final crossing must be made alone, what instruction and inspiration gives us the wisdom to empower courage in the face of the unknown? For our nation's veterans, this journey is paved with a sacred promise. Beyond the spiritual and emotional guidance, we offer, there are tangible benefits and honors earned through sacrifice. Join us as we discuss how to navigate these final milestones with peace, ensuring our veterans and their families receive the full care, respect, and peace of mind they have rightfully earned.
