This four-week online series will explore practical ways that faith and environmental stewardship come together in everyday life. Each session will offer useful, down-to-earth ideas that people can put into practice while reflecting on our shared calling to care for God's good creation. Together we'll explore: September 14 - Carol Peoples - Gardening in Southeastern North Carolina: Growing with Nature - Using native plants, supporting pollinators, and creating landscapes that flourish in our coastal region. September 21 - Ann Huffman -Hurricane Preparedness: Ready Together - Practical guidance to help families, seniors, and pets prepare for severe weather with confidence and care. September 28 - Emily Donavan - Every Drop Matters - Explore practical ways to protect the purity and health of our water supplies as an expression of faith, faithful stewardship, and public witness. October 5 - John Rees - Powering Our Homes Wisely - Simple ways to save energy, lower utility bills, and make choices that benefit both your household and the environment. Whether someone is just beginning their creation care journey or has been engaged in this work for years, we hope the series will provide encouragement, practical resources, and meaningful conversation about what it means to love both neighbor and creation well.
