Movement Speaks Workshop

Dances for a Variable Population leads creative movement classes for adults of all ages and abilities, with a focus on seniors. Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is heavy rain at the time of the event, the event will be canceled.
