SFRG Management

Strong Soldier and Family Readiness Groups begin with strong leaders. The SFRG Management class provides newly appointed SFRG leaders and volunteers with the knowledge and tools needed to build a successful and supportive organization for their unit. Participants will learn the fundamentals of SFRG operations, including advisor responsibilities, informal funds, key contacts, and resources available to support Soldiers and their families. Whether you're stepping into the role for the first time or looking for a refresher, this course will help you build confidence and prepare you for success.
