Come meet Connecticut's 2026 Kid Governor Tessa Hallinan and her Cabinet members! Students, parents, teachers, and the general public are invited to meet Kid Governor Tessa and to hear about the progress of her Speaking Up for Safe & Happy Schools platform. Tessa will be accompanied by Cabinet Members Dylan Ellis of East Windsor and Myra Ruparel of Ellington.
