President William McKinley leads the Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) parade in Buffalo; he then visits Cayuga Island in Niagara Falls, the proposed site of the Pan-American Exposition; he also addresses veterans at the Delaware Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church.
