The City of Hallandale Beach has launched a School Zone Safety Program, including Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE), to reduce speeding around local schools and protect students. Following a 30-day warning period (September 21 - October 21, 2026), live enforcement begins on October 22, 2026, with potential $100 fines for exceeding speed limits by 11 mph or more.
