Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with The Word and Sports Nonprofit Organization is offering the following services: WMHU SERVICES: Blood Pressure Screening General Health Screenings: Complete Metabolic Panel: Kidney, liver, glucose, electrolytes; Lipid Panel: Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk; Hemoglobin A1c: Diabetes/prediabetes screening; TSH: Thyroid function; and CBC with Differential: Blood and immune system Language Line Appointments not required Parental/Guardian authorization is required for any individuals under the age of 18 for all services outside of the HIV Screening (13 years and up). Insurance billed for vaccines. (There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage).
