Certified Community Transit Supervisor (CCTS) Workshop The Certified Community Transit Supervisor (CCTS) Workshop is a training and professional certification program for front-line transit managers and supervisors. Designed for both new and experienced leaders, the program builds essential leadership, communication, and management skills needed to support effective day-to-day transit operations. This two-day, instructor-led workshop prepares participants to lead teams, manage performance, and navigate workplace challenges. Participants who successfully complete the program and examination will earn the Certified Community Transit Supervisor (CCTS) designation, valid for three years.
