Join FreeEnterprise Parks and Recreation will open registration for its 2026 fall youth sports programs beginning June 1, offering opportunities for children throughout the community to participate in athletics, teamwork, and recreational competition. Programs available this fall include flag football, tackle football, volleyball, and soccer for various age groups. “Each season gives young athletes the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence, and create friendships that extend beyond the playing field,” said Enterprise Parks and Recreation Superintendent Landon Adams. “We are excited to welcome families back for another great fall sports season and encourage everyone to get involved.” The department will offer flag football for ages 5-12, tackle football for ages 7-12, volleyball for incoming third- through sixth-grade students, and soccer for ages 5-14. Registration fees are $45 for flag football, volleyball, and soccer, and $55 for tackle football. Games for fall sports are expected to begin later this summer following the completion of registration, team assignments, and preseason activities. Registration may be completed online at: eprd.recdesk.com/community/program Participants may also register in person at the Enterprise Recreation and Aquatics Center, located at 421 East Lee Street, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Parents are reminded that a copy of the participant’s birth certificate is required at the time of registration. Volunteer Coaches Needed / Community Support Enterprise Parks and Recreation relies on community volunteers to help provide quality youth sports programming each season. Volunteer coaches play a critical role in teaching fundamentals, promoting sportsmanship, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. “None of our youth sports programs would be possible without the dedication of volunteer coaches and community support,” said Enterprise Parks and Recreation Athletics Supervisor Tyler Keiser. “Our volunteers help shape not only athletes, but also character, teamwork, and lifelong skills. We encourage anyone interested to get involved.” Individuals interested in serving as a volunteer coach with Enterprise Parks and Recreation must complete a Volunteer Coaches Application and submit a background consent form. The background consent form must be fully completed and returned with the application prior to consideration for any coaching position. Sponsorship Opportunities Available Sponsorship opportunities remain available for local businesses and organizations interested in supporting youth sports and community programming. Options include player spotlights, gym banner placements, and sponsorship of events and special programs. The City of Enterprise Parks and Recreation Department provides year-round opportunities for youth and adults, including sports leagues, recreational programs for all ages, free and low-cost community events, and access to interactive public parks. These programs are made possible in part through the continued support and sponsorship of local businesses and community partners.
