Consider Approval of a Final Plat for the Angelina Logistics Addition No. 1 on 5.0 acres located along the south side of Nile Street, approximately 570 feet east of McMullen Street. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider approval of a Final Plat for the River Oaks Addition No. 2 on 1.46 acres located at the northeast intersection of McMullen Street and Nile Street, and being a Replat of Reserve “B” of the River Oaks Addition.
