Traveling Through Grief

Join us for an 8-week Grief Support Study designed to provide care, connection, and healing for those navigating the loss of a loved one. Dates: September 3 - October 22, 2026 Time: Thursdays, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Location: Meeting Room 1 at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, Ohio Cost: Free and open to all When someone close to us passes away, it can feel as though life will never be the same. This supportive, small-group setting offers a space to share, listen, and heal together. Guided by experienced facilitators, participants will learn healthy ways to cope with grief and discover hope alongside others who understand. The Grief Group at the Y is judgment-free, compassionate, and caring. I felt supported, understood, and valued.
