Dementia Wellness Open House Join us for a free Open House as we introduce our new Dementia Wellness program at the Countryside YMCA. This welcoming program is designed for people with a dementia diagnosis and their caregivers. During the Open House, you'll have the opportunity to: Tour our SMARTfit Studio Meet instructor Debbie Parshall Experience demonstrations using the SMARTfit Board Learn how cognitive exercises and movement activities support daily living Ask questions about the program Enjoy light refreshments Whether you're exploring options for yourself or someone you care for, we invite you to stop by and discover how this new class creates opportunities for physical activity, cognitive engagement, and social connection in a supportive environment. Ongoing Class Details Dates: September 2 - December 16, 2026 Time: Wednesdays | 10:00-10:50 AM Location: SMARTfit StudioCountryside YMCA1699 Deerfield RoadLebanon, OH 45036 Ages: 30+ Monthly Fees Members: $26/month Program & Non-Members: $36/month Requirements Participants should have a diagnosis of dementia.
