April Sunami - Continuum: Artworks from 2014 - 2026

An exhibition exploring race, identity, and ancestral memory through mixed-media painting and installation. Sunami holds an MA in Art History from Ohio University and a BA from The Ohio State University. An award-winning installation artist, her work has been exhibited at the Columbus Museum of Art, National African American Museum and Cultural Center, and Southern Ohio Museum. This retrospective celebrates her evolving practice and the enduring power of Black womanhood.
