About This Event

See the opening performance of a river full of all my lost loved ones, a public art project by artist Conrad Cheung on the front steps at the Hippodrome Theatre. The installation transforms the theater's six columns into 26-foot scenes created from more than 600 drawings by children in its summer programs. The performance features music developed with composer Colin Self and performed by an ensemble of 11 Gainesville singers and musicians using the children's own words.
