About this event
The session includes a guided meditation and a gentle Soundbath. The instruments used in this session will include gongs, chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, Himalayan bowls, koshi chimes and more. Participants often feel lighter, more relaxed, less stressed after a session.
