Reimagining the Table: Shaping the Future of Leadership

As Columbus grows and leadership evolves, who gets a seat at the table? The conversation will explore the informal barriers that determine who is seen, sponsored, trusted, and selected for leadership roles. As well as what it looks like to widen access collaboratively and pass the baton across generations of leaders. As part of The Columbus Foundation's The Big Table, a brief panel comprised of representatives from the host organizations will set the stage for table discussions and networking across organizations. The Big Table® is an annual community-wide day of conversation designed to inspire civic engagement and connection. At a time when many people feel lonely or disconnected, creating space for genuine human connection matters more than ever. Through intentional dialogue, Big Table participants are encouraged to meet new people, share their lived experiences, and actively listen to build a kinder, more connected community where everyone has a seat at the table.
