The ceremony will be held at the site, 250 Ball Park Road, Leesburg.           The project includes removal of the current building and construction of an entirely new facility that is designed to enhance services for marina visitors and the broader community. Upon completion, it will feature two offices, a reception area, restrooms and covered outdoor seating, providing a comfortable and functional space for boaters and visitors alike.           This new facility will enable the city to maintain its high standards of service for marina customers. Additionally, it will provide restroom access for boaters utilizing the Venetian Gardens boat ramp and for all visitors to Venetian Gardens.           During construction, a temporary marina office will be located on site. Operations will continue as normal and staff anticipates minimal impact to the public.           The project has been made possible through funding from a Legislative Priority Grant and contributions from the city. The investment in the community totals $1.1 million.            The marina design was developed by Edgewater Group and construction will be carried out by GSB Construction & Development Inc. of Leesburg.
