Counseling Corner: Life Transitions

A class focused on navigating seasons of change--empty nesting, retirement, caregiving, relocation, or shifting family roles. Participants learn to name emotions, seek support, and stay relationally connected during transitions. We discuss God's faithfulness in change and how to cultivate stability and hope.
