In 2026, the Jefferson County PVA will reassess MLS areas 8 & 9, which includes Anchorage. On April 24, the 2026 assessment notices will be mailed and values will be posted to the PVA website at noon. Appeals Homeowners have the right to appeal the assessed value of their properties. The 2026 appeal window will open April 24, 2026 at noon EDT and close May 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. The first step of the appeal process is to complete the PVA Online Conference available at www.jeffersonpva.ky.gov from April 24, 2026 at noon EDT until May 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
