It's great for coordination\, core strength\, and releasing stress--all while listening to great music! \n\n\n\nWhen: Every Monday & Thursday evening \n\n\nTime: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM \n\n\nLocation: Main Building Patio \n\n\nFee: $5 Drop-in per class \n\n\nNote: Sticks and balls are provided for all participants.
