Frederica von Stade - Our Children and Music

Presented by Maharishi Schools and not affiliated with the 2026-2027 Season - not included in Fairfield Arts & Convention Center package sale Maharishi Schools is proud to welcome back world-renowned mezzo-soprano Frederica (Flicka) von Stade to The Fairfield Arts & Convention Center. Our Children and Music is a program celebrating children as our future, featuring compositions from Robert Schumann to Leonard Bernstein. Flicka will be performed alongside international concert pianist, composer, and conductor James Meredith. Flicka previously appeared at the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center in 2023 for a Maharishi School fundraiser. In January 2024, she was inducted into the OPERA America Opera Hall of Fame as part of the 2023 induction class. Tickets available online, at the box office, or by phone at 641-472-2787.
