Community Health Conversations Meeting

Community Health Conversations is a quarterly community learning convening that connects health care providers, human and social service organizations, and residents to share information, increase awareness of health and social needs, and promote collaborative action to improve well-being in Tompkins County. Through dialogue and education, the series helps deepen understanding of social determinants of health and strengthens partnerships that advance health equity and community health.
