What Does Purple Represent at ACAP? P - Pay it forward Take the opportunity to do something nice for someone when a moment exists, with the expectation of getting nothing in return. Do it because it feels good. U - Unity Take the opportunity to work with the ones closest to you and if there is anyone on the outside, invite them into your circle. We can accomplish more together than we can individually - Partnership is the key. R - Resilience We have the ability to overcome anything that we encounter with determination and support, personally and professionally. P - Patience Take the time to listen to the challenges shared with us, so we can find answers for those persons who rely on us for assistance. L - Leadership Take the time to help others know their worth. Share the importance of the power of proof & show someone the positive path, we can Empower each other. E - Example Be sure to always practice what you preach! Say what you're going to do and then be sure to do what you say. It builds Respect and Rapport. Wear something purple on the first Friday of each month to show your pride and support!
