Zookeeper Day

Celebrate National Zookeeper Week during Zookeeper Day at the Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo. Meet student zookeepers, watch animal care demonstrations and learn more about careers in wildlife care through engaging educational activities. Guests can connect with animal ambassadors, explore conservation efforts and enjoy family-friendly activities throughout the event. Food vendors will be available, along with designated quiet hours from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. featuring a calmer setting without amplified presentations or music.
