  Notice of Public Hearings for 2026-2027 Budget & State Shared Revenue Funds Notice of Public Hearing: 2026-2027 Budget  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Halsey City Council will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at City Hall, located at 100 W. Halsey Street, Halsey, Oregon. THE PURPOSE of the meeting is to discuss the Proposed 2026-2027 Budget. To view the budget, click HERE or contact City Hall. Any citizen or property owner of the City of Halsey may appear at this hearing and will be given an opportunity to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, any proposed uses. Remote meeting attendance via Zoom will be available. Public comment may also be submitted in advance online, in writing via mail or the payment drop box located north of City Hall, or via email to contact@halseyor.gov.
