StarFish Swim Lessons Group B Session 1

Skills covered include:trust and submersion,body positions and air recovery,forward movement and direction change,rotary and integrated movement, andage-appropriate safety skills. Stroke School develops freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke.All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics, a nationally and internationally recognized certification program. Children must be potty trained. All children will be given a swim assessment and be placed into the correct level at the start of the session. Space is limited.
