Balance & Bliss Menopause Workshop

NEW DATE! TUESDAY, APRIL 28 FROM 6-8PMHealth and Human Services warmly invites you to a community event dedicated to understanding the physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects of perimenopause and menopause. Join us on Tuesday March 24th from 6pm-8pm at Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Rd. in Hoffman Estates for an evening of dialogue and information by physicians and therapists who will share insights on several components of perimenopause and menopause that can often get overlooked. To conclude the event, participants will be invited to participate in a soundbath experience to promote relaxation and stress relief.
