Family Storytime

Keiki and their ʻohana are invited to join Waiʻanae Public Library for a special Back-to-School Storytime! Enjoy stories celebrating the excitement of a new school year, making new friends, and learning new things. After storytime, children will decorate and create their own paper bag backpack craft to take home. This fun, hands-on activity encourages creativity while getting everyone excited for the start of the school year. All materials will be provided. All children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Hope to see you there! Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
