2026 Liturgical Ministries Formation and Training

9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Reynolds Hall Those who serve in the Cathedral's liturgical ministries are invited to a morning of formation, fellowship, and training as we prepare for a new program year of worship together. Whether you are a Daily Office Leader or serve as an Acolyte, Lay Eucharistic Minister, Lay Eucharistic Visitor, Usher, Lector, member of the Altar Guild, or member of one of our Cathedral Choir, we encourage you to attend. Together, we'll reflect on this year's theme, Be Not Afraid, and consider how our hearts and lives of faith connect with the particular ways we serve in worship. New This Year: Planning Center Services A major focus of this year's training will be the introduction of Planning Center Services, the Cathedral's new scheduling system for liturgical ministries. Please bring your smartphone or another device so you can participate in the scheduling-system training and be ready to use the new platform throughout the year. Whether you are a longtime liturgical minister or beginning a new ministry of service, this morning is an opportunity to learn, reconnect, and prepare to serve faithfully together.
