Join FreeJoin the waitlist July 28-September 1, 2026 6 weeks, Tuesdays Taught by: Jason Ferguson This course introduces new students to the basics of the potter's wheel--how to wedge clay, center, throw cylinders, trim, and glaze. Continuing students will build skills by learning how to create bowls and plates. Your teacher will demonstrate and provide hands-on help when needed. Students benefit from repeating this course. Materials NEW: Clay will be provided for students. Glazes and firing are also included in the class price. Please bring an old kitchen towel you don't mind getting dirty and wear closed-toe shoes. Registration Information Registration for this program starts on Monday, June 15, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, June 22, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Sunday, July 26, at 6:00 pm. Programs with inadequate enrollment are canceled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
