Puppy Yoga

Experience a joyful, all-levels yoga session with adoptable puppies, followed by delicious bites and refreshments. Unroll your mat for an afternoon of gentle movement, joyful connection, and adoptable puppy snuggles--all in support of the animals at Atlanta Humane Society. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this experience offers a relaxing flow, playful interruptions by our furry friends, and plenty of opportunities for cuddles. After yoga, stick around for our lunch bar, featuring delicious bites and refreshing drinks. Enjoy a little post-yoga treat while mingling with fellow puppy lovers and spending more time with our adorable furry friends. Please note: Participants must be ages 18 and older. A waiver will be required upon check-in. You can bring your own mat, or we will have mats available for you to use. All proceeds benefit the lifesaving work of Atlanta Humane Society.
