We are giving Good Vibes a whole new meaning. Fall is nature's invitation to slow down, rest and make room for renewal. It's a great time to nurture yourself. Settle in, close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds wash over you, washing away stress and bringing your nervous system back to harmony. Then before you head home, choose a bottle of wine of your choice to take home with you. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN COMFORT ITEMS. Things to consider bringing: a mat or blanket to lay on, a blanket for warmth (people usually cool down during a sound bath), socks, and a pillow or two.
