Rhythms of Cacao

Move through an immersive evening of music, dance and mindful connection during Rhythms of Cacao. The experience begins with an opening circle and cacao ceremony followed by guided movement and a 90-minute free-form ecstatic dance set featuring a curated soundtrack spanning genres from across time and cultures. The evening concludes with Yoga Nidra, sound healing and a closing circle, creating an opportunity to move freely, recharge and connect with the community. Children ages 12 and younger are admitted free.
