Join us for a welcoming group designed just for older adults who want to stay active, creative, and connected. Come and meet new people and try your hand at some fun, stress-free activities. Together we will enjoy: Fun & Games: Healthy Bingo (with a wellness twist!). Creative Crafts: Easy, beautiful projects. No artistic skills required! Heartfelt Activities: Meaningful moments, like gratitude letter writing. Each session begins with a lighthearted icebreaker and wraps up with a thoughtful closing question.
