If more bands register for the show, the schedule may change. 9:00 - Rehearsal 12:00 - Rehearsal Ends 5:00 - All Performers at the school in changing areas 6:15 - All Meet in the Band Room 7:56 - Transit to Warmup 9:06 - Performance 9:30 - Change out of uniform 9:50 - Help clean up campus Each section will have a specific responsibility 10:30 (approximate) - Dismiss Following rehearsal, performers can either leave campus and return by 5:00 and/or volunteer for shifts during the event. Performers will need: Uniform base layers - marching shoes, long black socks, black compression shorts, and all required base-layers. Hair must be done to the requirements explained by staff. Either have it done before arriving at the school OR bring the appropriate product in order to style hair at the school. The contest uniform (and all elements of the uniform) - for both band and guard Color Guard should have show-shoes, proper undergarments, hair and makeup, gloves, rehearsal clothes, and equipment Section Responsibilities following performance: Flutes & Clarinets - Hospitality, Main Cafeteria, Staircase, Volunteer Headquarters Saxophones (Alto, Bari) & Low Reed - Parking Area and Warm up area signage, and trash Trumpets - Walk through the stadium cleaning up big trash and press box. Mellophones - Walk through the parking lot (spectator parking) getting big trash and moving jersey barriers. Baritones - Deliver all items returning to the band room to the attic Tubas - Senior Academy Cafeteria and hallway to Main Cafeteria Percussion - Football Field, MPF, and areas between - signs, trash, benches, etc. CLEAN
