Healing Rhythms: Drumming Circle

Led by musician and cultural nutritionist Baba Atiba, this restorative drumming circle hosted by the BMCC Counseling and Child Development Centers offers students the experience of the healing power of rhythm, connection, and community. Sessions help reduce stress, boost well-being, and build community through shared drumming. All are welcome -- no experience needed, just come as you are.
