A welcoming weekly group for LGBTQ+ adults 50+ to connect, reflect, and find community support. This group is designed specifically for LGBTQ+ adults ages 50 and above who are looking for connection, support, and meaningful conversation in an affirming space. Each meeting typically includes: A warm community check-in to see how everyone is doing A facilitated group discussion led by SMU Counseling Interns on a planned topic relevant to LGBTQ+ seniors Occasional activities or wellness exercises to support emotional well-being and connection Whether you're navigating life transitions, building new friendships, reflecting on your journey, or simply seeking community, this space is here for you.
