An immersive evening of Yin and somatic movement accompanied by the live, soulful sounds of violin. Creates a space where music becomes movement, movement becomes sensation, and sensation becomes an invitation to come home to yourself. Through slow, nourishing Yin shapes and intuitive somatic movement, you’ll be invited to soften tension, quiet the noise, open into spaciousness, and listen more deeply to what your body is saying.
