About this event
This class is for adults who already have their basics in swimming but want to learn the proper strokes (front crawl and backstroke). The ratio for this 30-minute class is 4:1. Swimmers will learn introduction of advanced strokes, increased endurance, introduction of standing/racing dives, and flip turns.
